Open
Board Positions
Co-President
Gain behind-the scenes insight and help make decisions on important PTO initiatives throughout the year. This role supports the President and VP team in keeping things running smoothly while learning the ins and outs of the PTO. Ideally, this person will transition into the President role in a year or two.
Treasurer
Help create the annual budget, track and categorize expenses, prepare financial reports, and manage our nonprofit tax requirements. QuickBooks experience is helpful, but you don't need to be a CPA or accountant for this role - just someone who is detail-oriented and comfortable working with numbers.
VP of Sponsorships
Work with local businesses and community partners to help support PTO programs and events throughout the year. This role helps identify potential sponsors, coordinate sponsorship opportunities, and maintain relationships with businesses that want to support our school. If you enjoy connecting with others and helping create partnerships that benefit our students, this is a great way to make a meaninful impact.
VP of Merchandise
Manage our spirit wear program, including online and in-person sales and designing new spirit wear items. If you enjoy design or have an eye for fun school spirit gear, this is a great opportunity to get creative while working with vendors to bring designs to life for our school comunity.
VP of Staff Appreciation
Lead our Staff Appreciation Committee in planning, organizing and executing monthly appreciation activities, special staff recognition days, and Teacher Appreciation Week. It's a wonderful way to support the amazing teachers and staff who care for our students every day.
VP of Events
Lead the planning, coordination and execution of, both, smaller and larget student and family events throughout the year. With the help of a committee, you'll organize events such as Grandparents Day and our annual family dance. This is a great opportunity to create memorable experiences for students, family and staff.

Attend monthly Executive Board meetings

Lead your committee as applicable by assigning roles and ensuring timelines are met

Be a team player who shares ideas and is willing to jump in where needed

Committee Positions
We also have several open committee positions. These roles help our Board get the job done.
Committee roles give parents an opportunity to get involved with less commitment by breaking off
smaller chunks of work to make all of our volunteer roles more manageable.
