Fiesta Friday at Van Raub Elementary is an annual tradition. Each year gets bigger and better! This event is open to Van Raub Students and their families, as well as community members. Children must be accompanied by adults; wristbands are required for all rides and games.

Wristbands, Raffle Tickets & More
All rides and games require a wristband. Age 2 and under are free. Purchase wristbands during our pre-sale event for a discount. Pre-sale ends March 29. All pre-sale purchases will be delivered to your designated student prior to event day. A wristband gets you access to all rides and games. Wristbands are non transferrable. Rides and games are geared for elementary age students, therefore it is not recommended you purchase wristbands for adults.
Purchase Raffle Tickets for a chance to win a $500 Southwest Airlines Gift Card. There will be a max of 400 Raffle tickets sold.

Food & drinks
5th grade will be hosting a drink booth to fundraise for their end of year celebrations. Cash or PayPal accepted to purchase drinks.
Food trucks will be on site to provide a variety of food options. Food trucks accept cash or credit card.
Where to Park
Van Raub's front parking lot will be open for parking. Additional parking is available at Messiah Lutheran Church and Spring Creek United Methodist Church. BISD busses will provide a continuous loop of transportation from the church parking lots to Van Raub, and back again from 5:15 p.m. - 8:15 p.m. Please do not park along Dietz Elkhorn Road or in the front drop off lane of the school.
What to Eat
Food trucks will be available along the bus loop with a variety of food options. Food trucks on site include Tacos VIP, Parker's Ice Cream, Sweet E's Treats, Masshole Lobster Truck, and Big Daddy's BBQ. Food Trucks have their own payment options, including credit card. Check out their menus on their websites below. Drinks (water, soda, Gatorade) will be available at the 5th Grade Drink Booth. Be sure to bring cash, or use PayPal to help support our 5th Grade students.

Auction - Bid to win!
The Fiesta Auction is one of Van Raub Elementary PTO's biggest fundraisers, directly benefiting the students and school through support of Field Trips, Educational Grants, Staff Appreciation, Assemblies, Events and More. The auction will go live at 5:00 p.m. March 29th. Be sure to check out the Auction website to view and bid on a variety of items; including classroom baskets, experiences and more!
Volunteer
Fiesta Friday would not be possible without parent volunteers. We need volunteers to help with set up, during the event and clean up. Please pick a 30 min volunteer slot and help make this event happen. Volunteer slots can be found HERE.
