Fiesta Friday at Van Raub Elementary is an annual tradition. Each year gets bigger and better! This event is open to Van Raub Students and their families, as well as community members. Children must be accompanied by adults; wristbands are required for all rides and games.

Wristbands, Raffle Tickets & More
All rides and games require a wristband. Age 2 and under are free. Purchase wristbands during our pre-sale event for a discount. Pre-sale starts on March 9 and ends April 3. All pre-sale purchases will be delivered to your designated student prior to event day. A wristband gets you access to all rides and games. Wristbands are non transferrable. Rides and games are geared for elementary age students, therefore it is not recommended you purchase wristbands for adults.
Wristbands can also be purchased at the ticket booth on the day of the event for $25. Cash and credit card payments will be accepted.
Purchase Raffle Tickets for a chance to win a $500 Visa Gift Card. There will be a max of 500 Raffle tickets sold.

Food & drinks
5th grade will be hosting a drink booth to fundraise for their end of year celebrations. Cash or Venmo accepted to purchase drinks.
Food trucks will be on site to provide a variety of food options. Food trucks accept cash or credit card.
Where to Park
Van Raub's front parking lot will be open for parking. Additional parking is available at Messiah Lutheran Church and Spring Creek United Methodist Church. BISD busses will provide a continuous loop of transportation from the church parking lots to Van Raub, and back again from 5:15 p.m. - 8:15 p.m. Please do not park along Dietz Elkhorn Road or in the front drop off lane of the school.
What to Eat
Food trucks will be available along the bus loop with a variety of food options. Food trucks on site include B-Daddy's BBQ, Masshole Lobster Truck, Chloe Bells Shaved Ice and Cone N' Swirl. Food Trucks have their own payment options, including credit card. Use the links below for menus and additional information. Drinks (water, soda, Gatorade) will be available at the 5th Grade Drink Booths. Be sure to bring cash, or use Venmo to help support our 5th Grade students. Check back often as food trucks will continue to be added.

Volunteer
Fiesta Friday would not be possible without parent volunteers. We need volunteers to help with set up, during the event and clean up. Please pick a 30 min volunteer slot and help make this event happen. Volunteer slots can be found HERE.
